3. Planning and Execution
3.1. Commitment to Excellence: We commit to making every event and service special and unique, utilizing strategic planning, precise timing, coordination, and organization throughout the entire process.
3.2. Client Involvement: Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the planning stages, and we ensure to provide support from initial planning to event breakdown and cleanup.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1. Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for the specified duration and are subject to change based on the specifications of the service.
4.2. Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. Full payment must be made before the service date. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellation charges apply. The client must provide a written notice of cancellation.
5.2. Cancellation by Sound Star Events: In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a service. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
